Can be enjoyed 12 months of the year, whether its lazy summer evenings watching the sunset on the decking or frosty Christmas days the centrally heated and double glazed accommodation is first class and the owners certainly have gone that extra mile to provide their guests with a warm welcome. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are available on arrival.

All linen and towels etc, gas and electric and cleaning materials are provided. We ask only that you bring yourselves.

The high quality holiday accommodation comfortably sleeps four with scope to increase to 6. There are two first class bedrooms, one double and one twin with a bed settee in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Large spacious lounge with television free view and DVD player.

There is a separate cloakroom and a bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

The Shropshire countryside has something for everyone. Fantastic outdoor pursuits within the vicinity, wonderful local produce can be enjoyed at the various pubs.

Holiday Letting In The Algarve

A spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom villa with pool set in 1/3 of an acre of mature, landscaped grounds conveniently located 20 minutes from Faro Airport and 5 minutes from Vilamoura on the Algarve. The nearest beach and Water Park are also 5 minutes away, as are 6 local Golf Courses, the nearest being Vila Sol which is just 2 minutes away.

The accommodation consists of:-

• Large open plan lounge with window overlooking the pool and patio doors to the rear garden. A luxury leather suite, English Satellite TV and DVD player.
• Open plan dining room with circular bay windows overlooking rear garden and modern glass dining table with chairs.
• Large kitchen with gas cooker and hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, plenty of floor and wall units containing all necessary cooking and eating utensils and stone worktops with double inset sinks.
• Large laundry with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing board.
• Master bedroom with super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. Window overlooking pool and countryside views beyond.
• Second bedroom with super king size bed, fitted wardrobes. Window overlooking the front garden area.
• Third bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes window overlooking pool and countryside views beyond.
• Bathroom with bath, separate shower, wc and twin basins set into large vanity unit run.
• Outside the villa is surrounded on all 4 sides by garden areas with parking for up to 12 cars. The 10mx5m pool is a particular feature along with the covered barbeque area that can seat 12 and has lighting as well as a sink. There are plenty of grass and patio areas for playing games or just relaxing on the sun loungers. There is also a covered patio area outside the lounge which has a table and chairs for more alfresco dining.

All necessary bed linen and towels for use at the villa are provided.

The villa will be cleaned each week. Should you require a more frequent service this can be arranged given sufficient prior notice.
